It’s already HOT here in the ATL, as you’re probably aware so if you want to keep your menu light and your guests cool, kebobs are the perfect main dish.  The great thing about kebobs is you can preassemble them so there’s less fuss and mess to deal with once your guests arrive and you can easily pair them with a simple rice or potato side and salad for a complete meal.Here are three tasty kebob options sure to please the palate:

Seafood
