Executive Chef Michael Condon has designed menus for brunch, lunch and dinner to delight every diner with classic dishes served up without all the fancy pomp and circumstance.  That’s right…no worries you won’t be able to identify or enjoy the ingredients in Truman Tavern’s classic salads, soups and starters like New England Clam Chowder, Carpaccio or Chesapeake Crab Cakes.   For dinner, you’ll find Naked Vegetable Lasagna, Chardonnay Poached Flounder, Surf and Turf (lobster tail and Angus prime rib) or Chicken Francaise just to name a few.
